I can not install my photoshop elements 13 from disc

is says:Exit Code: 7Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR: DF016 ...-------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 0 fatal error(s), 1 error(s) ----------- Payload: Elements 13 Organizer(64 bit) 13.0.0.0 {C75EDFE2-E94B-476D-89B6-A13C1D98BD03} -----------ERROR: DF016: Unable to create directory "C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Elements Organizer\13.0". Error 5 Adgang nægtet.. Try setting correct permissions to the specified file/folder or parent folder, so that admin has rights to modify it.(Seq 2)-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------But I have no admin restrictions or other. I have tried in Windows 7 and 10.

Hi M,Try creating another Administrator account and then try installing Photoshop using the following Link : Download Photoshop Elements | 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 Regards,Rahul
