I can't access my cloud files from adobe phtoshop cc 20. how can I fix it, please give a solution..

During these 2 days I could not access my cloud files from Photoshop CC. I have tried to improve with Adobe Creative Cloud update, it still can't. I also tried uninstalling the Photoshop application, then reinstalling it still can't connect to the cloud file. How to fix it, please give me a solution. Thank You..

    1. Open CC Desktop App.
    2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
    3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
    4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
    5. Close all apps.
    6. Restart your computer.
    7. Open CC Desktop app.
    8. Click your Avatar.
    9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
