I can't activate a new install of Elements 9 on my laptop (after a rebuild). I have no other installs of this product.  If possible, please cancel all activations of Elements 9.  Lightroom was activated without a problem since I was able to uninstall it from the laptop.

noone on this forum can deactivate your program(s) for you.

what problem (attach a screenshot if you see an error message) do you have when trying to install elements 9?

If you can manage to install your application on the system that the applicaion was previously installed on (and somehow did not de-activate before uninstalling/deleteing) and then deactivate from Help > deactivate on that particular system with your net connected, the de-acivation on the server would happen.

    thanks.
