I can't add new payment method. Can any one help on urgent base?

My account is on hold and after effects licence is on hold stage.

I also tried to contact through live chat no one is answering me since last 2 hours.

This is my hard time with world no #1 company ADOBE and the UI and UX of the account/billing page and contact support seems worst.

Due to this, my one of the iOS app stopped working.

We have used mechanism which is depending on AfterEffects
