I Can't cancel my adobe creative cloud plan

I would like to cancel my plan but there is no cancel plan button and ask me to contact adobe for the cancellation but I have clicked so many times of"contact us" and it just keep showing me the tutorial page.Please,I need help!I would like to cancel the plan immediately.I have send a message to Contact Customer Care but i did not get any reply.

Adobe always does to us. They are robbers, this is bassically ilegal. There was a time I canceled the plan and they charged again even tho I told them I didn´t want their plan. Adobe can you be honest for once?

Adobe did this to me to. Renewed my script without my permission and now want to charge me a years worth to cancel. I have been on hold I'm the phone trying to cancel for over a hour. I'm about to get a lawyer. They have obviously been doing this to many if us. In taking class action if they don't fix this.

I can see that many of us faced this problem too.May i ask which subscription are you using?I am currently using the one year subscription.So i have to wait until next year to cancel.If not,i will be charged a cancellation fee due to the contract.I did not read the terms and policy properly when i bought the plan   I decided to continue the plan until the end of contract.If they renew the script without my permission,I am going to take action too

Adobe, the website just sends us in circles and doesn't connect to anyone.  You KNOW this.

If you get them on the phone the rep will try and cut you a deal.  If you persist in cancelling they won't put it through because it obviously costs them incentive money. 

I have been trying to cancel for SIX MONTHS and I am talking to an attorney.  This is obviously a huge problem and they are taking us all to the cleaners.

Hi Axel,the screen that appear does not have a "cancel plan" button so I have to contact Adobe for cancellation.Would you please help me to cancel the plan?I wish to cancel the plan immediately.
