I can't change the email in the Creative Cloud application

Okay, so I have just bought a plan for Photoshop CC and when I open Creative Cloud I am shown an email I used for the trial a long time ago but that email doesn't exist anymore the only options on the screen are "check again and continue" and "resend verification email."  I cannot manage my plan yet to cancel it like one post said to, and I cant find the "opm.db" in the OOBE folder to delete it. I also don't have the option to sign out of that email in the settings tab... I'm pretty lost...

When I click the gear icon the only options that show are "help," "open as a window", and "quit". And I when I find the OOBE folder the only thing in it is a Text Edit Document named "ffc"
