I can't connect to Adobe online when I try to install PSE 13.

When I try to run the installation disc, after the installer loads it asks that you log on to Adobe in order to continue with the installation. When I click on "Sign In" the 4 squares that indicate it's trying to connect "spins" but never connects. I have to resort to the "Task Manager" to get it to close. No "Error" messages are given.  I've turned off my Firewall and Anti-Virus, ran Disk Cleanup to remove my Temporary Files and even tried a Clean Boot, all with the same results. I even tried downloading the trial version in hopes of simply using my purchased serial no. to activate it, but had the same results. Trying to explain this to a "Chat Box" is a joke. Hope someone can help me.   Buddy Bob

Just wanted to thank Pat and Mandeep for trying to help me out.  After spending 4 1/2 hours online with 3 different "Chat Techs" and another hour on my own, I finally have PSE 13 installed. Thanks again people.

Try downloading the offline installer from http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-13-direct-download-links-premiere.html

Make sure you follow the Very Important Instructions on that page.

I appreciate your efforts Pat but it still required me to sign in to Adobe and that's where it all stopped just like the other attempts. Thanks again for your efforts.

    Hi Buddy,

-- What OS are you using?

-- Can you sign in to Adobe.com from your machine using your Adobe ID?

-- Did you restart your machine and tried it ?

Thanks Mandeep5062. My OS is Windows 7. Yes I can log on through my browser (Chrome) and I tried the restart 3 times before I tried the Clean Boot.  ?
