I can't deactivate devices as they dont exist and it says I've reached my limit for Adobe Acrobat

I only have one device.  Support had me uninstall and reinstall, that didn’t work.  There are no devices listed in my account (I have a legacy version of Adobe Acrobat that is not a subscripton).  They then told me to come to this community and “an expert would help me fix it.”  Can anyone help?

that doesn’t work when the devices are not found on the account. And yes, the license key IS there...
