I can't delete my account

Can someone help? I have a student adobe account and it already expired. i can't renew it since I already graduated and this is an account from my school's organization. I followed the steps in Adobe FAQs but the link only leads me to this and nothing else:

I tried to contact my school organization about it and they do not care about it. I really need to delete my account since I don't like having 2 Behance profiles (I also can't remove behance profile because of my expired account). PartnerConnect Cintas

Unfortunately, you can't directly delete your expired student Adobe account yourself since it's tied to your school's organization.
