I can't download Adobe After Effects, attached is my error code

that's a disk space error.  how much free space is on your c drive?

 

if you're installing onto another drive, how much free space is on that drive, too?

i have the same error and i have over 400gbs left on that drive

It says something about proxy, so it could be a network issue. Check the following article
