I can't download Adobe Photoshop CC

Whenever I try to download the free trial of Adobe Photoshop, I receive this message,

I am using a Macbook Pro running Mac OSX Mavericks. I use Safari for browsing. I have already tried to use a different browser, Chrome, to download. I have searched the app store for applications to read the url and nothing came up.
