I can't download an upgrade. now I can not work with any program.

I have a MacBook Pro.

I was working well until last year's June or something when I intended to download un upgrade of CC, I failed but I continued working with Lr and Ps programs.

Now I can not do either these. I'tried everything Adobe says. I don't know what to do. (maybe not paying anymore).

I am an amateur (73 yo), I use Lr two or three times a month.

uninstall everything cc including the desktop app, Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

clean per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

use the desktop app to install your cc programs.
