i can't download any file from Adobe site,(mac useer)

sorry for grammar mistakes, recently some malicious changes semm to captured but i ignored. 

it constantly requests keychains again and again even one miniute after.  i called applecare center but they donno either. 

Anyway, it seems to be okay after i created other account on macbook. 

I have to install photoshop and acrobat working on project at the workplace. 

so i tried to install at home but it keeps interrupted downloading. Photoshop, Acrobat anything! 

It bothers me. I really need to use this. please help me.
