I can't download any version of Creative Cloud on my Macbook Pro

I did this on my Macbook Pro (running at Sonoma 14.5) but continually hit error code 1 or at times error code 25! help please!!! Everytime I try and call Adobe they hang up on me or if I try online to connect to someone it shows this...

use a different browser, if necessary and install the cc desktop app from the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

I tried to download on Safari it didn't work - any better browsers you know of? Thankyou 🙂
