I can't download Creative Cloud. "Yükleyici başlatamadı" hata mesajı ile karşılaşıyorum.

Adobe Creative Cloud'u yüklemiş ve indesign deneme sürümünü indirmiştim. Daha sonra da satın aldım. Bilgisayarımdaki bir sorun nedeniyle sistem geri yüklemesi yaptım. Lisanslı olarak indesign programını indirmek istedim ancak creative cloud çalışmadı. "Yükleyici başlatamadı" hata mesajı alıyorum. Problemimi giderirseniz memnun olurum. Sevgilerimle

Yazar I would recommend reviewing the installation log files for InDesign to discover the error preventing the installer from initializing. You can find details on how to locate and interpret the installation log files at Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cc.html. You are welcome to post any specific errors discovered to this discussion.
