purchased Illustrator, monthly subscription
following instructions in email on how to download, not working
when the download manager comes up, it says "ILLUSTRATOR - INSTALLED"

You can download the trial version of Illustrator CS6 and while installation click on "Start My Subscription" Or in the serial number screen you will be able to see "License this software" Please click on "License this software" and sign-in, the subscription will be activate.
