Question

I can't download Lightroom 5>7, an upgrade from my version 5.6. I try to follow the download directions, it starts to download, but never finishes, I've tried 6 times in the last few days.

My Lightroom program has a window that says 5.7 is available to download as an upgrade from my 5.6  I have tried at least 6 times in the last few days. I click download now, it starts the download, but never finishes.

    BunnyR do you own Photoshop Lightroom 5 or are you updating the application as part of a membership?  Which operating system are you trying to install Photoshop Lightroom 5 under?

    BunnyR please don't post multiple discussions on the same topic.  You can download the update for Lightroom 5.7 at Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.

    If you continue to receive download errors then try a different web browser.  If a different browser does not work then you may want to utilize a different Internet connection or download the update to a USB drive on a different computer.
