I can't download Lightroom on my new Macbook Pro with OSX El Capitan.  I get a very long message that says "There is no application set to open the URL aam:// SAPCode etc and ends with "Search the App Store for an application that can open thi document!!

I had Lightroom on my last computer but when I bought this new Macbook Pro last week, the troubles began.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Steve

Correct answer kglad

if you have a lr subscription, install the cc desktop app from here, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your lr cc.

otherwise,

Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.
