I can't download purchased version.

Hi,

I am a one year member since Dec 2014, I haven't even install my purchased version on my computer,

I have bought one year membership on Macbook Pro, and try to install on my Macbook Air,

I can only see "download trial" button, although I can see "download" button without "trial" on the MacbookPro that I've used for purchased membership.

the reason why I used two machine is that because I was in Korea and my husband bought my membership in US on his Macbook Pro.

We're in Singapore now, I have tried log on both machine again, I still have a same issue.

How do I solve this? and How do I get compensation for it.
