I can't download the Creative Suite CS^ from the site. Can't find the disc and I can't see it in my orders although it shows up in my products. Adobe's download site has no button to allow me to download. I do have a serial number. How can I download

I had a hard drive crash a month ago and am now trying to reinstall apps, including the Design Standard for CS6. I have a serial number but there seems to be no way to download. The order shows uo in my account but I can't click on anything to download because it was not an electronic order. What can I do to download this?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.
