I can't download the programs

Hey, do someone knows what to do when you can't download the programs? When I am trying to download a program, it installs until 8% and then says fail and I have to change the file name or something like that. 
Have any of you tried the same, and what can I do to install the programs?

I have exactly the same problem. Testerday everything was fine. Ohotoshop updated overnight and deleted the old version. Now it gets to 91% updating and fails.
