I can't download trial photoshop and illustrator because my creative cloud doesn't load anything on app page.

This is what my creative cloud looks like. I have uninstalled this cloud app and installed a new one to see how it reacts.

This loading is still going on. Any other pages work fine except this app page for me to download products.

Please help me to solve this issue. I'm working with Mac.
