I can't find Flash Professional CS6 in my account?

A year ago I downloaded Flash CS6 onto a computer I can no longer use. The first time I downloaded it, it was interrupted so I deleted what it did download and then redownloaded it. Later on, the computer became out of my reach. It is not broken and Flash is still on it but I don't use it. I bought a new laptop and I wanted to put Flash on it, but when I went to My Adobe to look at what I've bought, it's not there. I'm still being charged for it and my Flash renewed but it isn't in my account. I don't know what to do?

you should deactivate your old cs6 (help>deactivate) and uninstall, when you get the chance, if you have no use for it.

if you follow all 7 steps, you can dl a trial via one of the links on this page:  http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html

and activate with your serial number.

if you have a dl problem, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  typically, failure to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 is the problem.
