I can't find my order even I get order confirmation from digital river company

hi,

I got email from webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com email address and my order is confirmed.also we paid it already. but when I click the button - start download in the email, it needs type my order number and password. I type the order number and password and click search. but it says no any order.

why I paid and got email confirmation , I still don't start to download it? please help me check. my order number is 10227386159 .

my registering email to place the order is kevinzhong@pandamimi.com. it's different from what？ or can you let me know the correct email, such as email domain, xxxx@gmail.com?
