I can't get Flash CC to load

I am running Windows 7 on a Virtual Machine. I was able to download the Flash Professional CS6, got it installed and it ran fine.

I am an adjunct teacher at a local community college, so was able to get on their license for Adobe CC. I am attempting to run CC from my home computer. I download the CC app, and get it up and running. HOWEVER, when it comes up it shows all the CC apps, EXCEPT for Flash Pro - for that it shows that I can download and use Flash Pro CS6.

I have attempted to remove all the Adobe apps, reinstall CC and it still shows that the only Flash Pro I can get to is the CS6 standalone app,...NOT CC.

ANy thoughts, ideas, pointers??

Appreciate it

pat

you must not be meeting specs.

i see several more recent program versions missing (eg, after effects, premiere pro, muse and lightroom, as well as, flash pro).

you must not be meeting specs for those programs, but i can't see what spec you would fail to meet with photoshop cc 2015 offered.

contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

can you click the upper right gear icon on you cc desktop app > click preferences > general and attach a screenshot showing the app's version number (like this)

Uninstalled CC App per the instructions in the link above.

Installed the version found by following the second link above...and this is what I see when I open the newly installed app:

Then I go to the Apps tab:

So it finds NO installed apps...and then I scroll down through the apps list to find Flash CC:

and I do NOT find Flash CC - only Flash CS6. Thus my confusion...where is Flash CC and/or why can I not install it??

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

then attach 3 screenshots so you can show me everything from the top to the bottom of your cc desktop app.

that looks like an older version of the cc desktop app.  you could check its version number to confirm or just uninstall, Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application and install the latest cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

no, that's required for all flash versions after cs6.

can you attach 3 screenshots that show all the installed latest versions and the find additional apps (all apps) in your cc desktop app.
