I can't get photoshop to finish downloading

My photoshop downloads to 42% and then stops. I tried uninstalling it and trying again but it jumps right back to the 42% and stays there. How can I get this to complete the download?

    Hi stitch and whimsy,

    Please let me know what version of Photoshop are you using and trying to download on which OS?

    If it's Creative cloud, then alternatively you can try downloading from the direct download links available at : http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html

    But make sure you follow the important steps mentioned on the page before initiating the download.

    After downloading and installing the software you can license it using your Adobe ID.

    Thanks for responding! I am using WIndows 7 and trying to download the creativecloud version of photoshop. I was able to get the Illustrator downloaded just fine, but photoshop keeps hanging up on me at 42%. I will try the direct download, thanks!
