I can't get to the website www.adobe.com/go/getserial.

It says page not available so I am unable to enter my redemption code to retrieve the serial number so I can install Photoshop Elements & Premeire 10.

The product was bought at Best Buy.  The serial number is not on the DVD case...or anywhere that I can see.

Can somebody help me??
