I can't install adobe creative cloud.

i can't install adobe creative cloud.
i try install i refer to the adobe support. but i fail install.
i want to remote control.
how can i do?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
