I can't install Adobe Creative Cloud app onto my new laptop. I have an Alienware gaming laptop. Help

I'm setting up my new laptop, I download creative cloud, but when I try to run setup. I keep getting this message. Anyone know what I can do?

Visual C++ runtime is typically sent out with your Windows updates.

Do you have the latest updates for Windows?

That is a Microsoft problem, so you need a Microsoft solution
Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
