I can't install Adobe Creative Cloud or any other Adobe app

I'm trying to install the Creative Cloud app, but when I try to launch the set-up nothing happens. I tried running as administrator and disabling windows defender but to no success. I've managed to notice the installer launching for a split second in task manager but then it just disappears. I can't use any Adobe app because of this. The same thing happens if I try downloading Ilustrator on it's own. I'm on windows 10

Windows 10, but which update version?

 

Make sure your computer exceeds the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on these systems, no more than 2 versions back. Also, you'll need plenty of available hard disk space and RAM to run these apps. 

  • Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 24H2, 23H2; Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2;
  • MacOS 15 (Sequoia), 14.7 (Sonoma), 13.6.7 (Ventura).
