I can't install Adobe Proffessional

I have in my computer the trial version of the adobe professional v.11, I purchased the program, so when i put the new serial number, the message was that is not a valid number.

I re-downlowded it and and try to re-installed it, but it says to me that there's a problem with the installation because I have already a version of the program?. What should I do? Also, I want to ask if there's a problem that I have the adobe reader in my computer.

    You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.
