I can't install any adobe apps

For some reason I deleted all my adobe cc 2015 softwares and now every single time I try to install the softwares again it keeps giving me an error and asks me to restart the computer which I did and I closed all the application and I also used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner and still nothing works. There are literally no adobe files on my Mac Pro but still I keep getting the same exact problem trying to install any of adobe's softwares. Can anyone please help me? I'm on a tight schedule for a project.

Can you try to disable the antivirus or firewall and then try?
