I can't download any adobe program and when I click install, a window pops out and said

''Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file.

Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem."

However I don't know how to get the adobe support advisor as it didn't work when I click on the link.

I don't know what can I do.

Please help me.

Thanks so much.

When you ask a question you need to provide some basic information

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems?

Hi Csmsmjaiii,

Sorry to know that you are having trouble installing your Adobe product.

In order to help you better, we need to know the which version of Windows O.S you are using and which Adobe software you are trying to install?

Awaiting your response.
