I can't install any app from Adobe

Hey!

Yesterday I have tried to download a few apps, and after I have paid for the applications, the apps just can't be installed at all. They are all the time telling me that the installation has failed and that I should try again, but I end up with the same results all the time. What should I do?

    I have paid for my new subscription, and it is not letting me open pdf files yet. What am I doing wrong?

    When you have a subscription
    -sign in to your account with your ID and password
    -Cloud Manager to install all programs https://www.adobe.com/ie/creativecloud/desktop-app.html
