I can't install any of my creative cloud apps :[

Hello ~

I got a month membership to creative cloud and am still unable to install and use the programs. Frustrating after how much I paid for it. I am on Windows 8.1 operating system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Error message that shows up:

Installation Failed windows updates from Microsoft required to install this product are not available on this computer. Please install the required updates and try again.

I tried updating. when I go to update of the system (found the link through adobe) it downloads  Windows8.1-KB2999226-x64 and when i run it it forever looks for updates. hmmmm

I'm not sure, but I don't think 8.1 is compatible with the current programs

yes ~ I just cancelled my plan and will try again when i update my OS, thank you!
