I can´t install CC apps

I try to install Illustrator but it always installing till 17% and than theres an Onstall error:

1. Please clear %temp% folder.

2. Restart the machine

3. Make sure the following process are closed.

  • Creative Cloud.exe
  • Adobe CEF Helper.exe
  • Adobe Desktop Service.exe
  • AdobeIPCBroker.exe
  • Adobe Installer.exe
  • AdobeUpdateService.exe
  • AdobeServiceInstaller.exe
  • CreativeCloud(URIHandler).exe
  • AAM Updates Notifier.exe
  • CCLibrary.exe
  • node.exe
  • CoreSync.exe

4. Run Creative Cloud as administrator and try to install Illustrator again.

hello I have the same probleme but I have do what you say and this is not working !

is that all applications must be closed during download ?


here is my message error :
