I can't install creative cloud. it gets stuck on 21.5% all the time!!

hello,

i am been having issues downloading the creative cloud installer. i tried to delete and install again more than 5 times already. i am not a computer expert and cant seem to find the solution. please advice!

Hi Camilam,

 

Is it the Creative Cloud desktop app itself that you are having trouble downloading and installing? If so, try the solutions in this help document. You should also check that you don't have a connection issue.

 

If none of that resolves the problem, please reply to this discussion. It can help us troubleshoot if you share more information such as your computer operating system and any error messages you receive.
