Hi Jeff!! Thanks for your reply. Yesterday I contacted the Adobe chat and now my problem is solved

Would you mind trying to explain how that was done?

I went online to chat with an adobe assistant and expained to him my problems with the download. He asked me to open a new internet browser (I was using Chrome and switch to Explorer). The download started normal now and after the download, I still had some problems (I couldn't log in because the Creative Cloud screen was "white") Than he did remote control and removed the OPM file from the OOBE folder and pasted on my desktop and now everything works

The only thing I didn't like about this is that now I have this "useless" file pasted on my desktop

I hope this help you.

I faced this too and fixed the problem just by disabling a firefox addon: AdobeAAmDetect

After this, the 'download' button worked.

I think similar addons would cause this for chrome/IE also.

Karen what exactly has stopped working?  Do you receive any specific error messages?  Also which operating system are you using?
