I can't install install photoshop and other programm of Adobe :(

Hi, I bought a Creative Cloud's package programm of Adobe, but I can't to download and install the program. It's write that I have an error occurs during the installation. I have an operating system Windows 7 (64). It's wrote that I need to install the update. I updated the system, but problems still remain. I don't know what to do... Please, help me!
