I can't install Photoshop CC and Illustrator in my Mac

Hello..

I have download Photoshop and Illustrator..

I can't install both of that..

There's a warning:

1. Restart Mac

2. Turn off start up item, virus checking, and firewall software

3. Exit Installer, then try again.

Exit Code 0.

I've try to do all commands, but I still can't do install..

Plese help me, how to fix it.
