I can't install Photoshop Elements on my new PC

I have Elements 10 (Yes, I know it is old, but I don't use it much so I don't want to buy a new version!). I have just bought a new PC. I uninstalled Elements from my old PC, but now I can't install it on my new PC. It says my licence number is invalid (and, yes, I have rechecked my typing several times).

Any suggestions as to what I can do, please?

Thank you, Peru Bob. The help pages that you pointed me to (which I hadn't previously found) sorted me out. My software is now installed.
