I can't install programs...

I use Windows 10, and I tried install programs for 4 hours now...
but I can't install anything!!!
If I can't use programs, I don't know what I paid for...........

This message down below keeps pop up...and nothing works!!!!
please please, tell me what to do.........:'(

Use another browser that accepts cookies and does NOT have script blockers.

Sorry, the computer is blocking you from completing the installation process.  Are you following the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html to install InDesign CC? 

 

Are you installing the software on a computer and network that you maintain and manage yourself?  If so, then please review the security settings for the browser you are using to begin the installation process.
