I can't install the Creative Cloud desktop app

I've been having major issues with my creative cloud apps. I tried uninstalling the creative cloud and all my CC apps and now I can't reinstall it on my computer. It keeps getting stuck and I get different error messages. I tried everything I could find online to fix it. I used the Adobe Creative cloud cleaner, I tried deleting everything from my computer CC related in my utilities and preferences. I renamed and even deleted the OOBE folder. I even tried creating a new administrator account and nothing works. Any help is greatly appreciated.
