Hi

I can't install the Creative Cloud Setup exe - it crashes my windows 8.1 machine. What to do?

    uninstall anything cc that's installed, clean and retry following the steps here, http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
