I can't launch After Effects CS6 on Maverick 10.9.4. I tried uninstalling, re-installing and updating it

After Effects 11 will not launch on Maverick 10.9.4

I try to run the Update patch and it errors out as well:

I've tried uninstalling After Effects and re-installing it with no success.
