I can't log in, because the page refreshing every time

Hi,

 

Ik reset my macbook and I want to download creative cloud but the page to login is refreshing every time again and again. 

I have a adobe student package from Surfspot.

Thanks for the answers! Another browser downloaded Creative Cloud. But there is a new problem. I can't download Indesign because de MacOS isn't compatible. I try to update this but that didn't work...

You didn't say your macOS version. The CC app offers the current and one previous version. ProDesign Tools has some previous versions available for direct download that work with your paid subscription.

install the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

I have MacOS. 

If I go to the website by step 1, I get a error: 500 Internal Server Error.

clear your adobe.com cookies and/or use a different browser
