I can't log in with my paid account. anyone help me?

When I login with my existing account, creative cloud app is just loading forever and forever. I tried reinstall, format my computer, install previous version of cc and so on. All of those thing  doesn't work. Finally I tried login with new account created ten minutes ago and it work. I think something is wrong with my account. What should I do?

I don't know how I could have an paid account with google and Apple   When I have not been paid yet and I am needing help 

i can't get signed into my yahoo email and have some one that helps me as well as you guys help me before I would appreciate the help and be grateful thank you so very much

if you have an adobe subscription via the google play store, contact google.

 

if you have an adobe subscription via the apple app store, contact apple.

 

of users that have a subscription via adobe.com, use https://account.adobe.com to check your account.
