I can't make a payment , tried making new accounts and using different payment methods

I am unable to make a payment and buy the new plan. I have tried calling customer care and also the sales team, spoken with them and all are inefficient in solving my issue. I  can't keep making new id's and accession the software on trial basis forever. If anybody here can help me please suggest how should I go about with it! @
