I can't open "Adobe Creative Cloud"

Hello, For some reason it is not possible for me to open the "adobe creative cloud". I bought one of the packages and I cannot access any of the applications, it had been working very well and two days ago I tried to work but I couldn't. The thing says that I have to check my email and that they send me the confirmation but I don't receive anything and the thing denies me access. What can be the reason? Someone else happens?

Could you share a screenshot of the error you are receiving?

Can you sign-in to your Adobe Account to confirm your account status and profile are correct?
