i can't open illustrator

i just bought subscription and downloaded creative cloud and illustrator, but there was an error that they can't check my payment. there was link to articles i checked my time settings, deleted certificates but after that i can't open neither creative cloud nor illustrator

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location

Does your computer meet the min-system requirements?

Are you using a current web browser -- Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge or Safari?

 

Most Creative Cloud apps work on these operating system with latest updates:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2, 21H1;
  • MacOS 14 (Sonoma), 13 (Ventura), 12 (Monterey).
